🎈 Balloon Behavior & Environment

• Balloons are sensitive to heat, sharp surfaces, moisture, and wind. Exposure to direct sunlight or rough handling may cause oxidation, deflation, or popping.
• Outdoor setups are done at the client’s risk. We cannot control temperature or weather-related effects once the styling is complete.

📷 Visual Representation

• Photos shared online are for reference only. Slight variations may occur depending on balloon availability, venue size, and lighting conditions.
• We reserve the right to adapt final arrangements based on spatial limitations, safety, or material enhancements.

⏰ Timeliness & Venue Access

• Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the event venue.
• Delays due to venue restrictions may affect setup completion time.

🤝 Liability

• Once setup is complete and approved onsite, Hina’s Fleir is no longer responsible for damages caused by third-party mishandling, pets, guests, or environmental factors.
